- Analysis and development of " business cases ", of the fiscal point of view, supplying legal support viabilizacao of projects;
- Elaboration of fiscal procedures, foreseen in the fiscal legislation, to facilitate the operations of the companies;
- Elaboration of consultations next to the treasury departments federal, state and municipal, on subjects of the fiscal legislation;
- Orientation in the case of contrary answers to the procedures followed for the company;
- Elaboration of order of special regimes next to the treasury departments federal, state and municipal aiming at simplification and adequacy of fiscal operations;
- Impugnations, resources, petition for recognation, action for annulment of tax debits, embargoes, etc;

A TB-CONSULTANT make the complete or partial administration of the import/export operations of their clients, in the base of " door-to-door ". These services included the management of the activities inherent to one department of Import/Export.

DOOR-TO-DOOR
The TB-Consultant offers to a complete solution of services " door-to-door",in the importation, complement to the to the too much services of administration of processes and consultoria. The package has covered, among others, the integration of the following services:
- Load agency and consolidation: marine, aerial and road;
- Customs clearance: LI´s, DI´s, RE´s, DDE´s;
- Regimes customs special: Drawback, recof, customs warehouse, special deposit, admission and temporary exportation, repetro, deferment, of ICMS and others;
- Logistic projects specials: brought of line of production, new and/or used machines, revision of processes;
- Informatizados systems: importation, exportation, RECOF, exchange, blue line, Drawback and other applicatory ones under order;
